Resumo | Abstract

A pesquisa objetiva investigar as formas de apropriação estética, mnemônica e patrimonial da paisagem urbana contemporânea vista/apreendida/vivida a partir da velocidade, por meio do deslocamento no transporte metroviário. Diante da velocidade dos deslocamentos e do ritmo acelerado imposto às experiências urbanas na contemporaneidade, a pesquisa propõe investigar a apreensão da paisagem em movimento como prática estética e de reconhecimento patrimonial, buscando referências teóricas e metodológicas na experimentação psicogeográfica articulada aos deslocamentos motorizados e no diálogo com trabalhos artísticos contemporâneos que têm explorado o registro do movimento e da velocidade em suas produções. Como evento de pesquisa, foi selecionado eixo metroviário que acompanha a avenida Radial Leste, na cidade de São Paulo: a linha Leste-Oeste do Metrô, entre as estações Brás e Corinthians-Itaquera, um recorte da cidade particularmente relevante para a compreensão dos processos de transformação da paisagem e as memórias construídas a partir das diferentes temporalidades impressas na materialidade edificada que se apreende a partir do transporte coletivo. Trata-se de uma pesquisa acerca da apropriação estética e mnemônica das paisagens urbanas sistematizadas pelo movimento, compreendendo suas relações com o imaginário urbano-estético, a memória e o patrimônio edificado, em especial, o patrimônio urbano de origem fabril e operária existente em significativas parcelas do eixo em análise. A partir dessa perspectiva, a investigação objetiva construir bases que potencializem o debate sobre a apropriação coletiva do patrimônio urbano ao longo desse percurso, considerando as condições de seu reconhecimento na contemporaneidade, assim como sua inserção, continuidade e descontinuidade na construção do imaginário estético e político da cidade de São Paulo.

This research aims to investigate the forms of aesthetic, mnemonic and heritage appropriation of the contemporary urban landscape seen/perceived/experienced from speed, through dislocation in subway transports. Given the speed of dislocations and the fast-paced rhythm imposed on contemporary urban experiences, the research proposes to investigate the apprehension of the landscape in movement as an aesthetic practice and heritage recognition, seeking theoretical and methodological references in psychogeographic experimentation, articulated with motorized dislocations and in the dialogue with contemporary artworks that have explored the register of movement and speed in their productions. As a research event, it was selected the subway parallel axis of Radial Leste Avenue, in the city of São Paulo: the East-West line of the Subway, between the Brás and Corinthians-Itaquera stations, a part of the city that is particularly relevant in order to understand the landscape transformation processes and the memories made out from the different temporalities imprinted on the built materiality that is apprehended from public transport. This is a research project on the aesthetic and mnemonic appropriation of urban landscapes systematized by the movement, understanding their relationships with the urban-aesthetic imaginary, memory and built heritage, specifically, the urban heritage of industrial and worker origin that occurs in significant portions of the axis under analysis. Stemming from such perspective, the investigation aims to build bases that potentialize the debate on the collective appropriation of urban heritage along this route, considering the conditions for its recognition in contemporaneity, as well as its insertion, permanence and absence in the construction of the aesthetic and political imaginary of the city of São Paulo.
